ll the Churches in the village try to work together for the good of all Poynton residents through a Joint Action Team. Examples of initiatives we share include Parent Courses, for Parents of children aged 0-11 years and over 11 years (Drug-Proofing Your Kids) and a Money management course. We have shared Worship at all the Churches in turn and provide opportunities for young and old to take part in activities and Fellowship in our Community.
Currently the Churches and denominations represented in CTiP are:
- Poynton Baptish Church (PBC) -> Baptist
- Poynton Christan Fellowship -> CF
- Poynton Methodist Church -> Methodist
- St George’s Poynton Parish Church -> CoE
- St Paul’s Roman Catholic Church -> RC
