This Sunday is Palm Sunday, please remember to collect your Palm Cross on entering church, parish Easter cards have been left on the pews (please feel free to take extra cards for neighbours or friends who may wish to attend our Holy Week services).
- As we enter Passiontide, our St. Paul’s parish will be praying for you, your family and friends and we wish each of you a peaceful and prayerful Holy Week.
- Father Peter wishes to draw your attention to an important plea from himself concerning volunteer support as the situation is now becoming urgent. We are very thankful to those who do provide their volunteer support.

Holy Week and Easter arrangements at St Paul’s Church and St Alban’s Church: for full information -> St Paul’s, Lent and Easter 2022 . The St. Paul’s Parish Easter card is available after this Sunday’s Mass. Please take one home for yourself, friends and neighbours. On the back noticeboard in church are the pictures designed and drawn by the children attending St Paul’s Primary School -> Facebook Notice (please feel free to share this notice with your neighbours, friends and family).
Synod 2023 update: The initial “Listening Phase” has come to its conclusion. Printed copies of the documents below will be available for those attending Sunday Mass this weekend.

- Next steps: All Diocesan discernments will be received by the secretariat of the Bishops Conference of England and Wales by 8th April, in readiness for the plenary assembly of the bishops in Cardiff 2nd – 6th May.
Ukraine Appeals

You may also provide practical aid by donating specific goods to Internation Aid Trust Ukraine Appeal. This is a UK based organisation with a Christian ethos “Christian Compassion for a Hurting World” -> IAT web site.
St Paul’s Church – Mass and prayers
Please note that hand sanitising when entering and leaving church is still required, as well as after you have received communion. Please also note that face coverings are still a requirement unless you are in the exempt category.
Sunday Mass, 10am:
- In-person Masses continue.
- Church opens at 9:45am for Mass at 10am.

Wednesday Mass, 9:30am:
- Morning Prayers at are 9.15am and Mass is at 9.30am. Both are available for in-person attendance and streaming using Facebook Live -> Facebook Live or in the Facebook App search for “Mass at St Paul’s RC Church”

Sacrament of Reconciliation: anyone wishing to receive the sacrament will need to telephone either Fr Peter or Fr Paschal directly at St. Alban’s Parish Office on 01625 423 446 to book an appointment. The sacrament will be held outside, in a private place and physically distanced for safety reasons.
